Dispatch and delivery times
The vendor's shipping policy says orders are shipped the next working day, with orders placed Friday to Sunday shipping on Monday, excluding U.S. postal holidays. Standard delivery is quoted at 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States and 10 to 14 business days internationally. The FAQ on the sales page gives a different figure, same-day dispatch and 7 to 10 business days in the U.S. We suggest planning on ten business days.
Carriers and tracking
Parcels travel with UPS or FedEx, handed to USPS for the final leg of U.S. deliveries. A shipping notification with a tracking link is emailed the day after dispatch. No signature is required, so choose a safe delivery location. The policy places responsibility on the buyer once a carrier marks a parcel delivered.

Customs charges outside the U.S. are set by local authorities and paid by the buyer.
Where parcels come from
The policy names a single fulfillment center, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, Colorado 80011, which also receives returns. We found no mention of other warehouses or temperature-controlled storage, so we do not describe any. On arrival, store the bottle somewhere cool and dry.
Delivery problems
If tracking stalls for more than a few days, or the parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact ClickBank order support (1-800-390-6035) with your order ID and the tracking number. Refused deliveries and wrong addresses are refunded minus the vendor's shipping costs once the parcel returns to the fulfillment center.
